2015/017: New Signatory to the UNEP/CMS Sharks MOU

The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals
(CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation
of Migratory Sharks (Sharks MOU) is pleased to inform you that:

New Zealand signed the UNEP/CMS Sharks MOU on 7 July 2015.

This brings the total number of Signatories to 39, as of July 2015. The MOU has been in effect
since 1 March 2010.
